Show time is 7:30pm to see this holiday favorite on the big screen at the historic Marquis Theatre. White Christmas is featured as a pre-series kick off to the Movies at the Marquis 2010 Classic Movie Series. Ages 5 and older, please.

Info: See the wine making process from start to finish! Join us for one or all of the following sessions on wine making, each session will last about 1 to 1&1/2 hours. We will be making three wines; red, white & fruit wine. In addition to learning the 5 main steps of wine making you will be given definitions of relevant terminology. You will also receive 1 bottle of wine from each batch made with a personalized label.

Logo - Rock O WeenNorthville will play host to family friendly Halloween festivities when Rock O’ Ween kicks off at 2pm on Saturday, October 31. The event takes place at Northville Square at 133 W. Main from 2pm to 6pm and will include many local businesses. The event is free and open to the public.

Wearing her crown and sash the current Miss Michigan Nicole Blaszczyk will be in Orin Jewelers passing out candy to the children from 2:00pm - 5:00pm.

Community Financial, William Demray DDS, Drs. Spillane and Reynolds and Begonia Brothers Haunted Garden Center are local event sponsors as well as many Northville Square based businesses. Northville Square participants include Miss Harriet’s Dance Studio, Northville Sports Den, Oasis Tanning, GG Boutique, Solid Grounds, Empire Deli Sweet 220 and the new Northville Square Public Market, opening soon. Orin Jewelers, Starring The Gallery, Wine Sync, Rangel Orthodontics and Monroe Bank & Trust are participating Trail of Treats community sponsors.

Kids participating in the Rock O’ Ween celebration can trick or treat on the Trail of Treats, have fun playing Wii games, learn circus arts - juggling, movement and balancing compliments of Cirque Amongus and get their face painted. Stage entertainment includes local acts and student performers from Miss Harriet’s Dance Studio. Costumes are encouraged but not required.

"This is a fun family Halloween event that allows folks to join us as a prelude to the regular trick-or-treating in downtown Northville from 6-8 pm" said Margene Buckhave, co-owner of Northville Square with her husband, Bob Buckhave. "Or to join us and still make it home for trick-or-treating at their own homes.”
